Check out time is 11:00 am.
Can I arrange to check out after 11:00 am?
Yes, but late check outs are subject to availability and you must be arrange a late check out before your check out date. There are also costs associated with late check outs:
Check out at 1pm: Cost is $45.00 plus 14.24% applicable room taxes
Check out at 3 pm: Cost is $90.00 plus 14.24% applicable room taxes
Check out between 3pm to 6pm: 1/2 the nightly room rental plus 14.24% applicable room taxes
Check out after 6pm: Full nightly room rental plus 14.24% applicable room taxes
What time is check in?
Check in time is 4:00 pm.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy for accommodation reserved during peak season of June 29th, 2012 to September 3rd, 2012 inclusive is 5 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation policy for accommodations booked out of peak season is 48 hours prior to arrival date. If you cancel after the alloted cancellation date, a penalty of one night’s room and taxes will be charged to your credit card.
Does the Beach Club Resort charge a deposit at the time of booking?
The Beach Club Resort does not charge a deposit unless booking a resort package. When booking a resort package a 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
Do You Have Free Parking?
Yes. We have free underground parking for vehicles 6’6″ and under. Free oversized vehicles parking is available on our surface parking lot.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No. The Beach Club Resort is 100% non smoking environment. This includes guest rooms and common areas.
Does the Beach Club Resort allow pets?
Unfortunately the Beach Club Resort does not allow pets. Please contact the Front Desk if you need information on local kennels for your pet.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest room accommodations and meeting room facilities.
Do you offer cots?
No, unfortunately the Beach Club Resort does not provide cots.
Do you offer playpens?
Yes. The Beach Club Resort does have playpens available. But, please request at time of reservation as there are a limited number available. There is no cost for a playpen.
Can I BBQ at the Beach Club?
No. Barbeques are not permitted at The Beach Club Resort.
