The Beach Club Resort, the newest luxury resort hotel in the Oceanside area, is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members to complement their Food and Beverage Team at the Pacific Prime Steak and Chop Restaurant.

Sean Norris moved from rural Ontario to Vancouver Island in search of new culinary experiences and the opportunity to explore the Island’s many outdoor activities.  Sean brings to The Beach Club a passion for fresh, seasonal, local ingredients and is excited to join the team as their new Head Chef.

Re-locating from the lower mainland, Brian Dodd joins the culinary team as their new Food and Beverage Director.  Brian brings over 35 years experience in the hospitality and service industry, with expertise in all areas of hotel, food service, catering management and gaming operations.

The Beach Club Resort is thrilled to have these two gentlemen join the team.
