The Beach Club Resort, the premier luxury resort hotel in the Oceanside area and home to the acclaimed restaurant Pacific Prime Steak & Chop, is proud to announce that our patrons will now have the benefit of a Level II Sommelier on staff.

The International Sommelier Guild recently recognized server Liza Ireland with a Level II status, after completing an intensive course assuring a thorough knowledge of grape varietals, world regions and the myriad of blended wines available. 

Brian Dodd, Director of Food and Beverage for The Beach Club Resort is pleased to be able to offer this increased level of customer service to patrons “Having a Level II Sommelier in house is exciting for The Beach Club Resort as it allows us to be immediately responsive to inquiries, our wine list is extensive and requires an in depth knowledge of wines”.

In addition to exceeding patrons’ expectations with the service of an onsite Sommelier, Pacific Prime Steak & Chop Executive Chef Michael Sproul has just unveiled a highly anticipated new menu and the incomparable beachfront patio has opened for the summer season, assuring patrons an experience that is outstanding in the Oceanside area.
